Persistence selection in Hops (Humulus lupulus L.) varieties development

Six new hop varieties were developed. Cultivars Favorit and Flagman are distinguished by high yield and alpha acid content. Varieties Faraon, Feodal, Forward and Fakir are distinguished by winter hardiness and resistance to major hop pests and diseases. Content and composition of hop resins and hop oils were analysed with the help of chromatography methods to determine the biochemistry type of new hop varieties. Results of brewing tests are presented as well.

Balance of organogenesis of grain crops and its importance for plant-breeding practice

The method of expression of balance of organogenesis of plants during an ontogenesis is offered. He supplements the offered earlier Z.A. Morozova-method, allows to determine a degree of balance of organogenesis and to compare among themselves different varieties.

The influence of mineral and organic adding things on the safetyof potato tubers

The regime and technology of keeping potatoes which allow to minimize losses at this period of timer have been developed recently. But it is impossible to improve the quality of potatoes during the process of keeping. The application of mineral and organic addings, which contain macro – and microelements in helat form, is a new and important element of protecting means, which influence on the quality of potatoes, laid for keeping.

On dairy cattle of the Kirov region the estimation of the direct and correlated response on selection to productive and technological traits was conducted. Efficiency of selection valued by value of genetic gain for breed. A capability of selection to technological traits have determined by a method of two - stage selection.

Forms farmakokorrekciya protein exchange on background nitroxidemia beside calves, sick dyspepsia

In condition nitroxidemia beside calves, sick dyspepsia increase the level a metabolities oxides of the nitrogen in whey shelters, develops disproteinemia, detains removing the products of the remaining nitrogen. Inclusion in complex scheme of the treatment of the preparation aligasol reduces the time to normalizations of metabolities oxides of the nitrogen and protein exchange in contrast with base treatment.

Way of definition of the periods of drying in vacuum dryers

In technology of vacuum drying to sprout grains of wheat great value has definition of the periods of drying as for quality reception of a ready product the temperature in a grain layer is necessary for supporting at level no more than 50 ºС. Use of the gauge for delimitation of the periods of drying to sprout grains of wheat in the conditions of a vacuum dryer allows to correct the drying program in due time.

Research of process of heat exchange plays an exclusively important role in the decision of electrothermics’ problems. It is caused by the fact that some questions of heat exchange, its influence on working capacity and reliability of EWH haven’t been studied enough that is why the possibility of calculated recommendations in the decision of separate problems is complicated, including a choice of optimum designs.
