The study and creation of the initial material of reed canary grass under conditions of the Republic of Komi

As a result of the comprehensive assessment of the economic-valuable attributes of five perspective variety of reed canary grass valuable samples with hay crop above the standard (cv. Pervenets) by 32,2-47,4%, of seeds by 11,0% are distinguished. Selections of pollinated biotypes for practical breeding are conducted.
