Statistical modeling of size-mass characteristics of potato tubers

Principles of analytical and practical definition of size-mass nature of potato tubers, taking into consideration shapes of tubers are stated in the article. The results of modeling of size-mass natures of potato tubers are shown on the basis of statistical indexes.
