Results of activity of North-East scientific-and-methodical centre were covered in the article, the basic problems of research establishments of region on realization of scientific service of agro -industrial complex were shown, ways of perfection of activity of scientific establishment s of the centre were shown too.

Results and priority directions of researches on breeding, seed raising and nursery practice in northeast of the European territory of Russia

Results and the perspective directions of researches on breeding, seed raising, and nursery practice conducted in scientific institutions of the North-East Scientific-and-Methodical Centre were presented in the article. 60 varieties of various agricultural cultures were created and transferred on State Variety Testing for the period since 1996 till 2009; 42 varieties were included into State Register of Russian Federation, and 18 varieties more are preceded State Variety Testing now.

The Influence of Sowing Standards and Schemes on the Productivity of Soy Beans Chera 1

The influence of standards and ways of sowing of soy beans Chera 1 on the growth, development and crop capacity of seeds has been studied. It has been established, that the optimum standard of sowing apart from sowing schemes is 600 thousand of sprouting seeds per hectare.

Research of grades of cherry in the Kirov region

Researches of 26 grades of cherry are present. The interrelation of productivity of this culture with winter hardiness of floral kidneys and temperature of air in a flowering time is established. There are 6 grades of cherry defined on economic and quality attributes to perspective for cultivation in the Kirov region.

Influence of many years of fertilization with sludge on the contents of selected elements in the soil

Many years of the use of sludge for the fertilization of light soil has resulted in a substantial increase of the content of phosphorus in the arable layer (by 91 per cent as compared with the control). At the same time, a small increase of magnesium content in the layer examined (by 9 per cent) was found together with a decrease of potassium content (by 11 per cent). These differences were not statistically confirmed. Sludge fertilization also caused a substantial increase of lead content in the arable layer: this growth was by 27 per cent, and pH grew by 16 per cent. Nickel content was on a constant level irrespective of the sludge fertilization applied.

The main topic of the article is that light of lamp ДНаТ has positive effect on calves growth, dynamics of increase of wight, feeding activity, increases surviving. But high light level of lamp ДНаТ can be strained for calf.

The impact of early insemination on the reproductive function of mares

It has been found out that intensively grown repair heifers of Russian breed of high dairy mares could be inseminated at the age of 22-29 month (2-2,5 years) with live weight 560 kg. It has been proved that early insemination improres the reproductive function of mares.

In the article the experiment of using the methods of taxonomy FOREL to divide hybrid bee-families to statistically valid groups (under r = 0,1) by morphometric characteristics is examined. The analysis of three formed groups by economic characteristics showed their great difference.

Problems of state authority financing in the field of fauna conservation and management

The paper gives the analysis of situation concerning the financing of powers in the Russian Federation in the field of fauna conservation and management that were delegated for execution to the regions of the Russian Federation. The basic problem the regions have faced with is a financing one. When delegating the greater part of their powers to regions the federal bodies did not ensure their adequate financing. There are prerequisites for their inefficient fulfillment. To solve the problems arisen it is necessary to redistribute financial resources between federal and regional bodies of an executive power.
