The changes of the ionic balance of cells of rats in in vitro experiments, and of the ionic composition of blood plasma of rats in vivo at influence of micro-second impulse electromagnetic radiation were studied. It was shown that in both in vitro and in vivo experiments the tendency to increase of ions concentration is observed.
