Isolation, characteristic and estimation of regulator actions of methylotrophic bacteria on barley (Hordeum vulgare L.) plants at water deficiency

Ten cultures of methylotrophic bacteria are isolated from various natural substrata. On set of phenotypic parameters and data about nucleotide sequences of genes of 16S rRNA and mxaF all isolates are determined as Methylobacteriummesophylicum. Influence of two cultures on barley seedlings under conditions of water deficiency is investigated. The opportunity of use of methylobacteria for protection of plants against osmotic stress is established.
