The search for variety-specific molecular markers for the identification of new hop varieties (Humulus lupulus L.)

During search for molecular markers for the identification of genetically similar varieties and the varieties involved in their development 10 perspective ISSR-markers have been found which verifying intervarietal polymorphism. These markers have been shown to be effective tool for the further studying, identification and certification of considered hop varieties.
