Analysis of factors affecting the energy consumption of process of grinding of root

A design of the chopper, which allows to handle root crops mechanically is proposes in the article. A description of laboratory facilities for research, and regression equations describing the effect of various factors on the process of grinding are presented. The response surface is constructed.
