Reaction of varieties of winter rye to various sowing date under conditions of North-East region of Russian Federation

Results of influence of sowing date of varieties of a winter rye differed by resistance to diseases on distribution and development of diseases, winter hardiness, and productivity are presented in the article. For years of investigation (2008-2010), in view of pass of winter and immunological characteristics, it is established, that the optimal sowing date of a winter rye for the central zone of the Kirov area are 25-30th of August; the maximal productivity is received at sowing on August, 25th - 5,22 tons per hectare.
