Optimization of the negative factors constraining resource management of wild ungulates

The critical state of the resources and production of wild hoofed animals, to a large extent, is determined by the negative factors of the formal (legal and methodological) management. Their manifestation caused by not qualified management, using inefficient technology at realization of monitoring and organization of trade hunting and insufficient methodological support. Ways of optimization of the specified factors are offered on an example of an elk.
