Problems of authenticity of evaluation of the economical effectiveness of innovative-investments projects of the agro-industrial production

The author of the article makes an attempt to improve methodology of evaluation of investments projects of innovation directivity realizing at agro-industrial production, consisting in changing of the algorithm of calculating the discount rate for each time interval in order to improve the authenticity of prognostic indicators.
