The estimation of varieties of winter triticale as raw material for production of malt

The comparative estimation of varieties of winter triticale grown on varietal testing site of the Kirov region, on productivity and parameters of grain quality for malt production is conducted. The quality of fermented malt and not-fermented malt of varieties of triticale Zimogor, Krokha and Vokalis is studied.
