The evaluation of the forage reserve for cervidae in the North-Eastern and Eastern Altai

This article contains results of the evaluation of the current state of forage reserve for cervidae in the North-Eastern and Eastern Altai after three heavy-snowed winters. The regions of most intensively usage of pastures by wild cervide, its typological characteristics and degree of destroy of tree-bush flora are revealed. Pastures of the Eastern shore of the Teletskoe Lake were most intensively used with the average use index – 88,6% and 91.4% for slopes of the Southern exposition of the Chulcha river valley.
