The growth and development of Beckmannia eruciformis in the Botanical garden of the Institute of Biology of Ural Division of RAS

The results of investigations of the features of the growth and development of Beckmannia eruciformis – fodder grass – under the conditions of introduction in the Botanical garden of the Institute of Biology of Ural division of RAS, which is in disposed in middle taiga subzone of the Komi Republic, are presented. On the base of these investigations we make a conclusion about this species as a perspective good ornamental culture for the North.
