Efficiency of application of milking robots on Poland family farms

Results of researches on a substantiation of application of milking robots on family farms of Poland at a number of livestock of milch herds from 49 to 149 are stated in the article. Usage of the milking robot on a family farm in Velkopolsky province has shown that animals adapted quickly for new technological process of milking, conditions and expenses of work for milking have thus improved. All used robots shown high security independent of manufacturer. Content of protein and fat in milk before and after introducing of robots have change insignificantly that indicated in its security for milk quality. It must be pointed out that expected considerable increase in health of cow's udder after installation of milking robots does not confirmed. Dairy efficiency of animals has not changed and made about 8300 kg/year.
