Research of the dividing chamber of the fractional pneumoseparator at clearing of seeds of fodder grasses
Results of research of the dividing chamber of a fractional pneumoseparator having length LР.К = 0.55 m, height HР.К = 1.70 m, heights of exhaust outlets of tap PSK hотв.1 = 0.18 m, hотв.2 = 0.12 m, height of an entrance branch pipe of a deduster hвх = 0.21м are stated at clearing of seeds of galega and rye-grass. Optimum position of an edge of the rotary valve established on a partition of the dividing chamber, concerning an entrance edge of the chamber is defined. At clearing of galega seeds the edge of the rotary valve settles down from an entrance edge of the chamber on distance across ХК = 0.22m, on vertical YК =-0.125 m, at clearing of rye-grass seeds - on distance ХР = 0.475 m, YР = 0 m. Optimum position of an edge of the rotary valve provides selection of seeds from the average fraction, corresponding on cleanliness of category РС. The received data were the initial data for definition of length lк the of rotary valve and a place of its installation.
