The effectiveness of fodder grain production in one-species and mixed winter agrobiocenoses

The object of the researches – winter, one-species (rye, wheat, triticale) and mixed agro-biocenoses created with its participation. The goal of researches is to study the efficiency of cultivation of tested agro-biocenoses on turf-podzolic soil and to identify those providing the highest volumes of fodder grain at different levels of mineral nutrition.
It is established that the cultivation of the model mixed winter agro-biocenoses with the participation of triticale, wheat and rye is one of the most accessible and inexpensive way of fodder grain production. The production of the fodder grain in mixed triple grasses agro-biocenoses [the ratio of crops in the seed mixture (Winter triticale (2.5 million of viable seeds per 1 ha) + winter wheat (2.5) + winter rye (1)] is the most economically justified. Agro-biocenosis forms non-lodged grass stand and provides obtaining of fodder grain with maximum content of fodder units (5.58 per thousand ha) and digestible protein (636 kg/ha) and availability of fodder units with protein at the level of the zoo-technical norms in the N68P30K30 background.
The proposed method of production of fodder grain does not provide for application of means of plant protection from diseases and pests during the process of plant growth because of their low prevalence, thus ruling out the possibility of contamination of soil and received production by pesticides and is resource-saving due to the exclusion of costs associated with chemicals and lubricants.
