- Articles should be submitted in electronic form E-mail: agronauka-esv@mail.ru.
- An article should be subscribed by all authors.
- In addition the questionnaire must be represented in electronic form which is filled with each author

PUBLISHING CONDITIONS are established according to Procedure of finance supply of journal "An agrarian science of Euro-North-East" validated by Promoter in January 09. 2017.
Cost of publication is 5 000.00 rubles for Russian authors (30-40% higher for foreign authors) for 15 pages of typescript formatted according to Journal rules (including meta-data). At bigger volume (review articles) publication cost increases proportionally.
Flexible discount system is established individually by the decision of Editorial Board and is provided for authors from Organizations that have Agreement for publication of some articles of different authors for definite period (not less than a year).
Discount system is not cover authors from Organizations having preferential terms of publication by cost of half-year subscription (list of organization and quotas may be specify in Editorial Board).
Postgraduates of full-time education publish their articles free of charge if they are single author and their status is confirmed with certificate from Graduate Center. If postgraduate have co-authors than article is paid by co-authors.
Articles of active-working experts of the Journal, members of Editorial staff and Editorial Board are published free of charge (not more than twice a year including articles with co-authors) as well as review materials and articles ordered by Editorial Office, information from Promoter and Chief redactor.
According to author's request Editorial Board may include services for urgency of publication (1 000 rubles for next number of Journal) under conditions of positive critique; translation services according to existing prices; mailing of addition exemplars of the Journal.
Journal does not pay Author's Royalty for published materials.
Publication of advertisement materials in Journal is done on commercial basis within volumes statutory by Federal Low "About Advertising".
